HAPPY HALLOWEEN
Today is Halloween, which of course means that I will be in my room most of the day dancing around by myself while listening to the Michael Jackson song "Thriller."
Perhaps later I will post a picture of me in my costume. I'm sure that would just complete your Halloween.

HOW THE WORLD WILL END
If you have ever asked yourself, "I wonder how the world will end?"
Wonder no more!
An easy to understand Flash file has been created to show exactly what will happen. To watch the video, click here.
Important Note: This video features certain 4-letter words that are certainly not in the vocabulary of many of my readers, especially ones attending a Catholic university such as Duquesne.
(Thanks to Ian for sending this in)

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WORK GETS BACKED UP
Well, in my case, you end up having to read close to 400 pages in one night. Then you write 6 different papers in one day that total 3,655 words.
If you have a horror story about being backed up with college work. Send it into the Blog. I'd love to hear them and share the stories about the workload here on the Web site.

If I was a pastor and felt that I was put on Earth by God to protest evil, I too, would start at a nude beach.

DOUG LANSKY SPEAKS TONIGHT AT DUQUESNE
Those in the Pittsburgh area that are curious as to how you can see the world on a student budget should attend a lecture being given tonight at Duquesne University.
Travel-humor writer Doug Lansky will speak tonight at 9 p.m. in the Mary Pappert Lecture Hall in Bayer Hall for a free event sponsored by Student Activities and the Duquesne Program Council. Students will have the chance to meet Lansky after the event during a book signing.
I interviewed him for a news piece that can be read by clicking here.
I also got the chance to meet him this afternoon. He's a great guy, with amazing stories, which will make for a very entertaining presentation this evening.

HAVE MERCY!
A Full House marathon begins tonight on Nick At Nite and runs until Thursday, October 9th.
If you miss out, you should be as angry as the time Stephanie Judith Taner gave Uncle Jesse one of her "pretend haircuts."

A NOTE ABOUT MY READERS
I checked out the most recent keywords that were entered into the search engine on this website.
The last two searches were: marijuana and sex.
Any columnist would be very proud.

WHO'S IN THE MOOD?
Yesterday, in Developmental Psychology we watched video of a birth. The image of a baby's head coming out of certain unmentionables, totally impeded my progress with the ladies in class.
One girl decided that she is going to become a nun.
