CARNIVAL

If you haven't done so yet, check out my Carnival column. I forgot to point out how in the 1982 yearbook, there is a Carnival picture with characters dressed as Nazis. Whereas now there are rules such as, which I am not making up:

III. C. 1. a. No actions, gestures, songs, dances or verbal comments which mock gays, minorities, religions or disabled people.
