MORE REASONS TO CHEER ON THE RED SOX

1. In a post-game interview, winning pitcher Curt Schilling was wearing a Pittsburgh Steelers hat.

2. This is the same Curt Schilling who has been pitching on a torn tendon sheath in his right ankle. In the last two games, the injured tendons in his right ankle were stitched together prior to his start. He might not pitch another game in the World Series because, according to the team physician, "Honestly, we may not be able to do it a third time. It depends on what his tissues look like."
